    I trust everyone there at Allan Jay. Everone that works there are friendly and professional! The waiting room always has really good coffee and cookies! Now they even have large TV screen and they even have on Hallmark channel for us ladies

    Took car in for tire rotation and oil change. Husband watched worker raise car up and then lower car without rotating the tires. Worker told management that the tire had a cut on the sidewall and tire needed to be replaced. Tire was losing pressure before we brought it in. Husband went and looked at tire. Tire had a nail in the tread. No cut on side. Husband felt they were just trying to sell a new tire instead of doing a plug. Then when he went to pay they tried to charge him for a tire rotation. He corrected them and told them the tires weren't rotated. NOT happy with the situation.

    The service advisor is very nice but they can’t seem to figure out what’s happening with my car because it still isn’t fixed.
